Return Policy
We want every reader to feel genuinely happy with their toolkit kit. This Return Policy explains how we handle refunds and swaps if a kit is not quite the right fit. It applies together with our Terms of Use and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. The simple promise
If you decide within fourteen days of delivery that a kit is not useful for you or your team, write to us through the contact page and we will arrange a full refund or swap it for a different kit of equal value, whichever you prefer.
2. How to request a refund or swap
- Send us a short note that includes the order reference, the kit name, and the email address you used at checkout.
- Tell us briefly which option you prefer: a refund to the original payment method, or a swap for another kit.
- We will reply within two business days with the next steps and a confirmation of the requested outcome.
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within five business days of confirmation. The funds usually appear in your account within a further three to ten business days, depending on your payment provider. We will let you know as soon as our payment processor has completed the transfer.
4. Swaps
If you choose a swap, we will send the replacement kit using the same delivery method as the original order. There is no extra fee for the swap when the alternative kit is of equal or lower value. If the replacement costs more, we will share a simple top-up link and only proceed once you confirm.
5. Damaged or missing files
If a file in your kit is damaged or any item promised in the description is missing, please tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace the affected file or send the missing item at no cost. You do not need to choose between refund and replacement in this situation; both options remain available.
6. Personalised or customised kits
Where a kit has been customised at your request (for example, a workbook adapted with your team's branding), refunds are limited to the standard price of the unmodified kit. Any customisation fee already incurred for design or facilitation work is non-refundable, although we are happy to discuss adjustments instead.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees that apply to you under the Australian Consumer Law. If a kit is faulty, not fit for the purpose described, or significantly different from what was advertised, you are entitled to a remedy in line with those guarantees regardless of the time periods in this policy.
8. Bulk and team orders
For larger team orders, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm delivery details and agree on a tailored review window. Refund and swap arrangements for bulk orders will be set out in your order confirmation email.
