Terms of Use

Last updated: today

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Thrivehipnatural website and to any digital toolkit kits we deliver. By using the site or by requesting one of our kits, you agree to these terms. We have tried to keep them short, plain and fair.

1. About us

Thrivehipnatural is a small editorial studio operating from 296 Findon Rd, Findon SA 5023, Australia. We publish a digital well-being guide for employees and offer a small number of optional toolkit kits described on the products page.

2. Using the website

You are welcome to browse, read and share links to the guide for personal or workplace use. You may not republish substantial portions of the content elsewhere, frame the site inside another website, or use the content to build a competing publication without our written consent.

3. Toolkit kits

Each kit is delivered digitally to the email address you provide. Pricing on the products page is shown in Australian Dollars and includes GST where applicable. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the kit inside your own workplace. You may print and distribute the materials internally as needed, but you may not resell them, sublicense them, or share them publicly.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website or our kits, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with other users, to send unsolicited messages, or to use the materials in any way that breaches Australian law or the rights of any other person.

5. Wellbeing information

The guide and kits are educational resources written for general workplace audiences. They do not replace personalised advice from a qualified professional. If you have a specific concern about your health, your eyes, your posture, or your mental wellbeing, please consult an appropriately qualified practitioner.

6. Intellectual property

All written content, illustrations, layouts, photography we have commissioned, and the kits themselves are the intellectual property of Thrivehipnatural unless we have clearly attributed them to a third party. The brand name and visual identity remain ours.

7. Third-party services

Some pages link to or embed third-party services, such as the Google Maps view on the contact page, the Google Fonts service for typography, and the Font Awesome icon library. These services are provided by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we may occasionally need to take it offline for maintenance or to fix an issue. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by short, reasonable interruptions.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the website or a kit is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant kit during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Refunds and returns

Our friendly approach to refunds is described in the Return Policy. Please read it together with these terms for the full picture.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent update. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through a friendly conversation will be handled by the courts of South Australia.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms are very welcome. Please reach us through the contact page and we will reply as soon as we can.
